These terms apply when you use khumalo.co. By using the website you accept them. They do not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other South African law.

2. Project A28 is a concept
- Project A28 is a vehicle in development. Images and films of it are concept renders, not photographs of a built car.
- Specifications, production numbers, materials and partners described on the website are plans or design intent. They may change and are not guaranteed.
- Nothing on the website is an offer to sell a vehicle. Price, specification, delivery and all other terms are agreed only in a signed written agreement.
3. The atelier
The atelier shows an illustrative recolouring of a concept render. Colours on screen are approximate. A build code records your preferences. It is not an order, a reservation or a commitment by either party, and options are confirmed only in consultation.
4. Vehicle Sourcing
We search for vehicles on behalf of clients. We do not sell vehicles from our own stock. We do not guarantee that a particular vehicle can be found, bought, imported or registered. Importing vehicles into South Africa is regulated, and some vehicles, particularly used vehicles, need permits or cannot be imported. Any sourcing, purchase or import is carried out under a separate written agreement that sets out the costs, responsibilities and timelines.
5. No sales or payments on this website
We do not sell goods or take payments through this website. Enquiries sent through the website do not create an agreement. See our Refund Policy for how payments under written agreements are handled.
6. Intellectual property
The Khumalo name, crest, wordmark, designs, text, renders and films on this website belong to Khumalo Automobiles Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Vehicle names, manufacturer marks and racing game imagery shown on the Khumalo eSports page belong to their owners. Khumalo eSports is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Fonts: Bodoni Moda, Montserrat and IBM Plex Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License. 3D viewer: Google model-viewer, used under the Apache License 2.0.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website accurate, but it is provided for general information. We may change or withdraw content at any time and do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Khumalo is not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, except where the loss is caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Links to other websites
Links to other websites, such as Instagram, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please raise any complaint with us first at khumaloautomobiles@outlook.com and we will try to resolve it. Khumalo's vehicle sourcing and restoration services fall under the South African Automotive Industry Code of Conduct. If we cannot resolve a complaint about those services, you may refer it to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA) at miosa.co.za (opens in a new tab). Khumalo does not currently belong to any other self-regulatory body.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction.
