No payments through this website

khumalo.co does not sell goods or take payments. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Commissions, vehicle sourcing and restoration

Any deposit or payment for a commission, a vehicle search or purchase, or restoration work is made only under a separate written agreement. Before you pay anything, that agreement will set out:

• what the payment covers;
• when and how you may cancel;
• which amounts are refundable, and on what terms;
• how long a refund takes.

Costs already incurred with third parties at your written request, such as inspections, shipping or import duties, may not be recoverable. Where this applies, the agreement will say so in advance.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy or in our agreements limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, including your rights to safe, good-quality goods and services, where that Act applies.

How to ask for a refund

Email khumaloautomobiles@outlook.com with your name, the agreement or reference number and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge it and respond in line with your agreement and the law.
